The Attention Homes Apartments team is holding a “drop in” design review to allow the public to view updated two-story massing diagrams. The “drop in” format is intentionally informal and intended to accommodate individual availability.  Come by at your convenience – view the plans, leave written comments, and let us know what you think.

Concept Plan Community Open House

Attention Homes 50th Anniversary Celebration

Join us on May 14, 2016 as we celebrate 50 years of service in our community! Since 1966, Attention Homes has provided 9,000 youth and young adults with safe shelter and life-skills necessary for a sustainable future.

Get your kicks in '66.  The 9th Annual Kaleidoscope Gala a Go-Go will be at the Omni Interlocken Hotel and Resort from 5:30PM - 10PM. The night will be filled with nostalgic reflection and groovy celebration. Dust off your go-go boots, don your oversized collars and get ready to take a trip back in time to reflect on the success of our clients and most importantly, the community support that has made it possible.

Concept Design Feedback Session

The project team will unveil conceptual designs on March 15th for community feedback.  This phase of the project represents the design team’s initial response to the site’s existing conditions, cost constraints, the needs of the proposed residents, and neighborhood input.

The agenda includes a presentation by the project team and attendee Q&A followed by breakout sessions on topics such as architectural character, building materials, landscape ideas, social enterprise functions, and transportation.  Please RSVP to info@boulderhomelessyouth.com.  Space is limited.
